“Our door was hit (while open) in a parking lot so it wouldn’t close. The car also would not drive without the door closed so we called for a tow. The driver was great, he bent the door and forced it closed so we could drive it instead of being towed. He was so nice and funny, made the rainy night less stressful. Thanks!

Given the company response, I wanted to assure everyone that we did take it to the body shop to be fixed the next day :). His thinking just allowed us to drive it home for the night and then get it to the shop ourselves when it opened. Definitely an extremely temporary fix and we didn’t drive it other than to get home and to the shop! Thanks again!”

“I was in shambles when I got to my car parked at the airport and saw I had a flat tire. It was after 10:30 PM and every place I called had a 2-3 hour wait. While timing is dependent on the night, I was so pleased that New Dawn was able to make it in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my flat tire wasn’t a simple fix and with a 115-mile drive home, the donut would not have made it. Steve came to my rescue and towed me over 2 hours home. While it was not the ideal start to my birthday, I was home before 2 AM. I’m incredibly grateful for Steve and New Dawn! I’d rather not have to call a tow truck again, but if I had to, it would be them.”
